You can request that your WoopSocial account data be deleted at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from WoopSocial, email us at [email protected].

Please include the email address associated with your WoopSocial account and, if relevant, the social account connection you want us to remove. We may need to verify your identity before completing the deletion request.

Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Connected Social Accounts

You can also revoke WoopSocial's access directly from the settings page of the connected social media platform. Revoking access on a platform stops future access, but you should still email us if you want us to delete data already stored in WoopSocial.

We will delete stored data associated with revoked access as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.

YouTube Data Deletion

WoopSocial uses YouTube API Services. If you connected a YouTube channel, you can delete your stored YouTube data in two ways:

  1. Email [email protected] from the address linked to your WoopSocial account and request deletion of your YouTube data.
  2. Revoke WoopSocial's access on Google's security settings page. We will delete associated YouTube data within 7 calendar days of revocation.

Deleting data stored by WoopSocial does not remove videos, analytics, or other content that already exists on YouTube. To delete content on YouTube itself, use YouTube Studio or another authorized YouTube application.
