• You accept and comply with these terms and applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch laws.

3. User Account and Security

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities occurring under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.
• WoopSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it is used in violation of these terms or applicable laws.

4. Permitted Use and License

• WoopSocial grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the services for business purposes, subject to these terms.
• You may not reverse-engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the services without our written consent.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of all Content you upload to the platform. By uploading, you grant WoopSocial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify your Content as necessary to provide our services.
• You are solely responsible for the Content you upload or share via the services. You agree not to upload any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• WoopSocial is not liable for Content shared via third-party social networks.

6. Third-Party Services and Social Networks

• Our platform integrates with third-party services, including social media platforms. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
• WoopSocial is not responsible for any changes or interruptions to third-party services that may affect the availability of features on our platform.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• WoopSocial adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection laws. You can view our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you process using our platform complies with all applicable data protection regulations, including obtaining necessary consents for data collection and sharing.

• WoopSocial retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, design, trademarks, and logos.

9. Payment Terms

• WoopSocial offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined during your registration. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Paid subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

10. Service Modifications and Availability

• WoopSocial reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
• We are not liable for any disruptions or loss of data caused by changes to our services.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time. WoopSocial may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the services and any data or Content associated with your account will be terminated.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

• WoopSocial provides the services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding their functionality, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any damages resulting from downtime or service disruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoopSocial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• WoopSocial's total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
• Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

15. Changes to Terms of Service

WoopSocial may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
