Social media lead generation is the act of attracting and capturing potential customers, clients, or followers (leads) using social media platforms. The objective is to get the leads to take certain pre-defined actions that indicate to you their interest in your brand, product, service, or offer. The actions could range from clicking a link to an article you’ve written about an aspect of your business (indicative of their interest in your expertise) to following you on social media (a good predictor of future engagement).
