Community Guidelines are a set of rules, principles, and standards a social media platform creates to define what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior and how users are expected to interact with the platform, its content, and each other. This interaction is on a range of topics that the community guidelines cover, which is a pretty wide span. They're expected to prohibit hate speech, and I think that most people who use these platforms would agree that's probably a good thing.

They don't allow bullying, harassment, and they certainly don't allow making violent threats. It's safe to say that graphic or explicit content is also prohibited. Then there's a class of topic that falls under 'Misinformation.

' That's a big topic now. And they don't allow impersonation, which is a funny way of putting it. But then again, they allow a lot of different stuff.

They cover a range of different subjects. And what is clearly allowed on one platform might be totally disallowed on another.
